All Loopback Pty. Ltd. services are covered by the Fair Use Policy. We depend on our Fair Use Policy in circumstances where your usage of Unlimited or ‘included’ untimed call charges that form part of a pricing plan or promotional offer is deemed to be excessive or unreasonable. The Fair Use Policy is designed to protect the quality and integrity of our VoIP network.
If we determine that your use of the service, features, or the device is, or at any time was inconsistent with the normal inbound or outbound usage patterns for the type of service or plan that you have subscribed/purchased, we have the right to suspend or discontinue service generally, or to disconnect your service, at any time.
Examples of such Inconsistent, Excessive and Unreasonable usage will be:
- Usage of unlimited business call plan for telemarketing purposes
- Usage of our SIP trunk by another Carriage Service Provider or for the purpose of reselling the traffic
- Usage of Unlimited SIP Trunking call plan or Unlimited Calls Business plan for Call Centre, Auto Dialers and Fax Gateways
- Usage of our VoIP service or network to link two or more communication devices together for the purposes of providing a permanent or semi-permanent circuit
- Usage of our VoIP service or network for any other purpose than the predominant function of person-to-person voice communication
- It is prohibited to use our VoIP service for inbound only traffic. Ratio of inbound/outbound traffic should be approximately 50% / 50% or more for outbound
We retain the right to vary the terms of the Fair Use policy at our discretion from time to time.
